RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Carbon Bulk Sales has been serving the needs of outdoor professionals for many years and If you have issues with any purchase from CBS, please CONTACT US to discuss the situation, including the possibility of returning the item(s) to us in good, re-saleable condition for a prompt exchange or refund. Carbon, Gases, and sensors are excluded. Custom orders are not returnable unless the mistake is our error.
We offer a 30-day return policy.
Refund will be given on selected items only. If an item is found defective on arrival (DOA), the item must be reported within 3 days. After the report has been made, Our in-house technician will troubleshoot with the customer since most issues can be fixed over the phone with little instructions and that will also reduce the issue of shipping back and forth. If the situation persists, Item can be returned for an exchange or a refund (selected items only).
Please note that we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned if it is a customer error. We do not cover shipping on products that were purchased by mistake or error on the customers part. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Our main goal is to get orders to customers in mint condition as it was advertised on the website and in a timely manner. We have kept this goal and that is why we are trusted.
***Please note: Due to the nature of the product and for safety reasons, masks that have been opened may not be returned for a refund.
